Associate Facade Consultant

We are headquartered in London, Riyadh, Singapore and Dubai, Cape Town, Cairo & Sydney working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

Job Purpose

• Day to day management of AESG's façade division, including overseeing project delivery, resource management and proposals.
• Manage multiple client relationships.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Ideally qualified to MSc degree level with relevant academic or with post academic professional qualifications to carry out the role.
• A minimum of 5 years of façade design and engineering experience.
• Generally, a minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory / leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of Facades division including project delivery and resource management.
• Preparation, submission, and winning proposals within the façade group.
• Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues.
• Provide mentorship and support to the façade team.
• Support the commercial success and stability of the division.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects to exemplar levels of quality.
• Lead and implement AESG business development within sector of expertise.
• Demonstrate expertise in discipline with a proven track record of success.
• Support development of procedures to improve division function and efficiency.
• Lead project management function AESG wise.
