Job Description - Associate, Investment

Client onboarding Associate, Investment
Role responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding of new clients, including account openings and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day portfolio administration and maintain accurate client records.
  • Provide support to investment advisors in coordination of administration.
  • Liaise daily with clients, internal teams, and external providers to resolve queries and deliver seamless service.
  • Provide proactive client management, ensuring annual reviews and documentation updates are completed on time.
  • You will support Investment Advisers in delivering high-quality service, investment solutions, and administrative support to HNW and UHNW clients.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in wealth management or a client-facing financial services role
  • Client onboarding experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset
  • Degree in Finance or a related discipline (desirable).
  • RG146 accreditation or willingness to obtain quickly.
  • AML/KYC or derivatives accreditation is an advantage.
