Job Description - Associate, Investment

Client onboarding Associate, Investment
Role responsibilities:

Manage onboarding of new clients, including account openings and documentation.
Oversee day-to-day portfolio administration and maintain accurate client records.
Provide support to investment advisors in coordination of administration.
Liaise daily with clients, internal teams, and external providers to resolve queries and deliver seamless service.
Provide proactive client management, ensuring annual reviews and documentation updates are completed on time.
You will support Investment Advisers in delivering high-quality service, investment solutions, and administrative support to HNW and UHNW clients.

What you'll need to succeed:

Minimum 2+ years experience in wealth management or a client-facing financial services role

Client onboarding experiences.

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset

Degree in Finance or a related discipline (desirable).

RG146 accreditation or willingness to obtain quickly.

AML/KYC or derivatives accreditation is an advantage.
