About the role: 
As a Litigation Lawyer with this firm, you will handle complex and challenging matters for a diverse client base, including small to large businesses, insolvency practitioners, and both employers and employees. You will also have the opportunity to provide mentorship to junior lawyers, demonstrate initiative, and excel in your career. This role offers a modern office environment, state of the art resources, interesting and challenging matters with with ample networking opportunities and specialist support to help you succeed.

Scope of work includes:

• General Commercial Litigation
• Dispute Resolution
• Joint Venture and Shareholder Disputes
• Contract Disputes
• Restructuring, Insolvency, and Debt Recovery
• Building and Construction Disputes
• Business and Employment Disputes

About you:
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in commercial disputes, with a strong track record of autonomy and quality work. However open to expressions of interest from all levels of experienced ambitious individuals who strive for excellence and value mentorship and support will thrive in this role. 

Desired skills include hands-on experience in commercial litigation, outstanding client management, agility, and a hunger for career success.
