The role:
We are seeking Associate Nurse Unit Managers to join our team at the North West Regional Hospital. We are looking for passionate nurses who deliver the greatest quality of care and will collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. It is expected that within the dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a strong professional team approach through open communication and a positive supportive environment.

The Unit:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the North West Regional Hospital is an 8-bed unit that covers adult and paediatric ICU and HDU patients. As a clinical resource we seek an ongoing commitment to both personal professional growth and team growth.
Details of Appointment
Fixed term, part time, shift-worker position working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing from July until September 2024
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Salary: $103,466 - $109,165 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
