You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact leading and developing our nursing staff in providing outstanding care to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is ready for the next stage in their Nursing and Leadership career utilising your Anaesthetic and PACU experience.
Anaesthetics and PACU Department
Equipped with advanced technology, our department supports over 1800 operations each month. We focus on patient-centred care through our two day-of-surgery admission points, three Post-Anaesthetic Care Units, and two discharge lounges and are committed to providing the highest standard of cardiac care in a collaborative and innovative environment.
How you will make an impact
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Anaesthetics and PACU department you will:
Play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily operation and exceptional quality of care within our busy department.
Drive innovation and best practice in a well-established and mature program
Lead a high performing team with a ‘can do’ culture
Be a passionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment
About You
Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
Victorian Working with Children Check
Experienced in Anaesthetics and PACU nursing with demonstrated leadership skills
A vision and passion for team development and professional growth
A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care
Flexibility and a positive attitude
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
Enthusiasm for participation and leading in a team environment
