Associate Producer

Brisbane Powerhouse is a vibrant cultural landmark, presenting a dynamic year-round program of performances, festivals, exhibitions, and private events. We are a hub for creativity, community, and unforgettable experiences beside the beautiful New Farm Park. We are currently seeking an Associate Producer to join our programming team.

As an Associate Producer, you will be central to the planning and delivery of our diverse performances, festivals, and events, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll coordinate schedules, budgets, and logistics across multiple projects while liaising with artists, producers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. From contracting and travel arrangements to tracking expenses and maintaining project timelines, you’ll ensure all elements are executed smoothly and professionally.

About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering arts events, paired with strong administrative and budgeting capabilities. You’ll be confident juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with clear and professional communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. A genuine passion for the arts and a sound understanding of the creative landscape are essential to succeed in this role.
