In your new role as an Associate Product Manager (Graduate, Agricultural Implements), you will, with guidance, instruct, direct and undertake delegated tasks supporting development, marketing and lifecycle management of allocated product category, with a focus on Agricultural Implements.
This Associate Product Manager position is a graduate opportunity with a clear career path and support to progress to a full Product Manager position.
Key accountabilities include, but not limited to:
With guidance and instruction, define and document product requirements and specifications
Gather, analyse and report/ present customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
With instruction and supervision, conduct and present competitor and market benchmarking and analysis
With guidance, instruction and supervision, develop product training and provide input to marketing collateral/ content. May facilitate training (as appropriate)
Undertake a range of administration and support activity for team activity, such as but not limited to, events, launches, updates, discontinuations, reporting.
Undertake a range of general administration such as but not limited to; invoice processing, document/ records management, audit/ reconciliation, meeting management
Other duties within the limits of knowledge, skill and experience (as directed)
Responsible for ensuring the safety of self, team and others in the workplace (including Dealer sites) and external events. Follow all OHS policies and procedures, particularly in relation to remote working and attendance at external sites (such as Dealerships)
To be successful in this role, your resume would likely include:
Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Bachelors) in relevant field such as Agriculture/ Agricultural Engineering/ Agricultural Science/ Agronomy/ Farm Business Management/ Agribusiness
Valid Driver's License
Experience in Administration, service or support entry level/ Officer position (minimum)
Demonstrated interest in product management for technical products (agricultural machinery and implements)
Demonstrated customer centricity
Well developed numeric and analytical capability
Highly developed communication skill, including proven ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and in the preparation and delivery of reporting
Training facilitation experience (preferred)
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including collaboration and relationship management
Proven organisational skills
Basic mechanical aptitude/ understanding
Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (desirable)
* An inherent requirement of this position is infrequent regional travel and occasional interstate travel
