About the Role An engaging opportunity awaits you asan Associate or Senior Associate in our Health and Life Sciences team inSydney.
You'll get to work on healthcareproduct and medical malpractice claims, class actions, mass tort litigation,and complex, brand-sensitive disputes for leading global and Australianhealthcare and life sciences companies. You'll also get exposure to regulatoryinvestigations, disciplinary proceedings, coronial inquests and commissions ofinquiry. You'll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed upby Toby Biddle and Kate Hickey - principals who are committed toempowering you and your career progression.
About You If the following sounds like you, wewould love to hear from you:
- you are an experienced practitioner (3+ years PAE) in the litigation and insurance, with an interest in healthcare and life sciences law;
- you can efficiently manage your own file load;
- you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
- you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
