The Team A&M is rapidly expanding its Restructuring presence in Australia, and we're looking to hire talented people into our growing Brisbane team.
Our team is targeting larger-scale, formal and informal restructuring work with major clients across a range of industries. You'll be exposed to trading engagements, voluntary administrations, receiverships and restructuring advisory, contributing to impactful mandates that shape outcomes for businesses in transition.

How You Will Contribute Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cash flow reviews and preparing financial models to support turnaround strategies
- Developing and implementing restructuring and turnaround plans, including cost reduction and liquidity management programs
- Advising on debt restructuring, refinancing, and capital structure optimisation
- Liaising with boards, creditors, investors, and management to negotiate and implement restructuring solutions
- Mentoring junior team members and leading segments of complex engagements (for senior roles)
- Managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications To be successful and enjoy fulfilment in this role, you'll bring with you the following:
- A relevant Degree and CA qualification or equivalent (or working towards this).
- Informal restructuring and turnaround experience and/or formal insolvency experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively
- High attention to detail and ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and data analysis
- A positive and entrepreneurial mindset, with adaptability, collaboration, and a passion to achieve
- A strong team player with a genuine interest in contributing to a good team culture
- Flexibility to travel as required by client engagements
