This is an outstanding opportunity for an Audit Assistant Manager / Audit Supervisor to work with a leading audit group in a very different environment. There is plenty of flexibility (genuine flexibility), excellent support and less hours than you would expect working on interesting, professionally challenging clients. Pressure is on quality rather than working to unrealistic budgets, there is no business development expectation and the team is extremely stable.

We are looking for:

• A positive, team-orientated attitude.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and audit quality requirements.
• Ability to understand a modern, risk-based audit methodology.
• Experience on complex audit engagements.
• Ability to lead, educate and motivate teams.
• Desire to build strong client relationships.
• Desire to continuously learn and improve.

This is a high quality environment but it won't take up long hours and weekends - most of the time it will be 9 to 5 (really).

If you enjoy external audit and are a fast learning audit specialist with strong analytical skills and an interest in developing staff and client relationships, this is a great (and very rare) opportunity!
