Audit Process & Transformation Senior (m/f/d)

We are seeking an Audit Process & Transformation Senior

We are seeking a Senior professional specializing in Process & Transformation with a strong interest in audit process improvement, automation and transformation. This role is not a typical Audit Senior on engagement, but a strategic Audit Process & Transformation Senior position that works at Real Estate Audit group level, identifies manual processes, and drives scalable solutions to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with audit partners, the management group and other stakeholders to support the Audit function’s transformation agenda, leveraging both audit expertise and technical experience.

What you will be working on

• Identify, analyze and improve manual data processing activities within audit engagements at Real Estate Audit group level.


• Design and implement data processing and automation solutions to enhance audit efficiency and quality.


• Develop and maintain data preparation, transformation and validation workflows using tools such as Alteryx and Python.


• Support audit teams by providing scalable, reusable data processing solutions rather than engagement-specific fixes.


• Translate complex data and technical concepts into practical audit applications.


• Act as a central audit transformation contact, operating outside individual engagement teams while supporting them.


• Advise and report to Partner level on audit process optimization initiatives and progress.

What we look for

• Qualified or senior-level professional with experience in external audit.


• Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.


• Solid understanding of audit methodology and audit engagement delivery.


• Demonstrated interest or experience in technology, automation, data analytics and visualization or technical roles.


• Proven experience in data processing, data preparation or automation within an audit or financial context.


• Hands-on experience with data analytics, AI prompt engineering and automation tools such as Alteryx and/or Python.


• Ability to identify inefficient or manual data processes and convert them into automated, scalable solutions.


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, audit requirements and business context.


• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with senior management and Partners.


• Fluent in English; French and/or German is considered an asset.
