About the Role

As an Automation Developer, you will support the design, delivery and improvement of automated solutions across the business. Working within the Automation Delivery Team, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop scalable automation capabilities and maintain solutions in production. This role combines hands-on development with problem solving, continuous improvement and collaboration to help deliver operational efficiencies and better customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop automation workflows that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Build, test and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using established development standards
• Create reusable components that support scalable automation across multiple business areas
• Analyse production issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
• Document solutions, testing activities and technical designs to support ongoing maintenance
• Provide guidance on automation technologies and contribute to best practice adoption

What You'll Bring

• Experience developing solutions within a programming or software development environment
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
• Knowledge of software development practices including testing, documentation and version control
• Experience with .NET, C#, Java or similar programming languages
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
