We're looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our operations team in Villawood, NSW. We’re building a world-class team focused on vehicle quality, speed, and efficiency. Our reconditioning and logistics teams are central to the customer experience, and we’re committed to hiring skilled, detail-focused PDR technicians who take pride in their craft.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Conduct visual inspections and maintain high finish standards
• Collaborate with the reconditioning and delivery teams
• Take initiative and ownership of your workspace
• Uphold safety and quality benchmarks across the board

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of hands-on PDR experience
• Accredited PDR certification
• A keen eye for detail and precision
• Positive, self-starting attitude
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Willingness to undergo a police/background check
