About the role We're looking to add the next generation of automotive sales leaders to our business and are looking for Sales Executive Trainees
/Cadets to join our team.
You might have a retail background in department, grocery, fashion, bulky goods businesses, or other sales-type roles such as telesales or real estate. You might also work in hotels, cafes, or restaurants in the hospitality industry.

Skills and Experience - No previous experience in the automotive industry is necessary.
- Customer service skills required.
- Preferable exposure to sales, retail, or hospitality businesses.
- Customer Satisfaction exposure is an advantage.
- Available to work Saturdays (non-negotiable).
- Current Drivers Licence (preferably open and manual).

Culture and Benefits Many of our team members have started their careers with us and now have become leaders in our organisation. Initially, you'll be allowed to learn your craft as a
Sales Trainee and, once comfortable, will be supported in transitioning to being a fully-fledged
Sales Executive in your own right. Once you become fully qualified, with commissions & bonuses, you could expect your on-target earnings to be approximately
