About You:
- A proven track record of finance and insurance sales within a large busy dealership
- Outstanding sales acumen and proven sales experience
- Disciplined, confident, reliable, honest and flexible
- Positive enthusiasm and a passion for the automotive finance industry
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills set
- Numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail
- High level of Computer Literacy
- Main Role Responsibilities:
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
- Proactively present a range of Finance and Insurance products to our customers
- Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts/policies
- Identify and exceed the needs of customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and service
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Accountability for achieving F&I income and targets.
- Closing off weekly with precise punctuality
- Complying with federal, state, and local regulations
