Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an AutoXtreme Vehicle Security Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and servicing aftermarket car security products and dash cameras across various vehicles in the Melbourne metro area. This role also involves direct customer interaction with a strong focus on retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and test aftermarket car security products, including dash cameras and immobilizers.
• Engage with customers during installations, providing excellent service and offering additional security products for purchase.
• Complete a minimum of 6 installations daily, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Travel across the Melbourne metro area for on-site installations and service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in installing automotive electronics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong retail sales focus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Melbourne metro.
