Your new role

• Lead design and architecture of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions
• Design scalable, secure virtual desktop environments aligned to business needs
• Manage Cloud PC provisioning, image lifecycle, and automation using Intune and PowerShell
• Provide technical leadership across Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft AVD platforms
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery across design, build, test, and implementation phases
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and create high-level design documentation
• Implement security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender integration)
• Monitor performance, capacity, and optimize virtual environments
• Troubleshoot provisioning, login, connectivity, and performance issues
• Support stakeholders and project managers through delivery lifecycle
• Drive automation using scripting (PowerShell) and dynamic provisioning processes

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in VDI/EUC environments
• Strong expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix, and VMware
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale virtualization solutions
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders
• Ability to create solution designs, architecture documents, and run workshops
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications (AZ-104, MD-102, AVD, Citrix, VMware) are desirable
