What you’ll do

• Design end to end data solutions on Azure using Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure SQL, and Data Lake
• Define data models, ingestion frameworks, and ELT pipelines to power analytics, reporting, and operational use cases
• Partner with BAs, data engineers, and enterprise architects to turn requirements into clear technical designs and roadmaps
• Embed governance, privacy, security, and cost controls across patterns and platforms
• Mentor engineers and uplift delivery quality through reviews, standards, and architectural guidance
• Support agile delivery, document decisions and patterns, and contribute to architectural governance

8 to 10 years across data platforms with deep hands on Azure services

Strong Databricks and PySpark, Python, SQL, and performance tuning

Solid understanding of data warehousing, lakehouse patterns, and integration design

Experience in enhancement programs and SAFE or agile delivery environments

Proven ability to produce reference architectures, decision records, and reusable patterns

Confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across squads and leadership

Hybrid and flexible work to support balance
