We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team in Surrey Hills/Melbourne, Victoria, to develop and maintain our B2B relationships. Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients, including fees, service agreements, and other contractual terms.
- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, business development, and recruitment metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Client Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to clients on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- Offer ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Events and Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and build relationships.
- Represent the company at external events to enhance its reputation and market presence.
