We are looking to hire a competitive B2B HR Business Development to join our innovative team at Sunwoods Consulting Group in Surrey Hills, Melbourne VIC.

We are a leading consulting and recruitment company in Australia, China, and Southeast Asia, South Africa with over 30 offices in China, Singapore, Japan, and more. We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team in Surrey Hills/Melbourne, Victoria, to develop and maintain our B2B relationships. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients, including fees, service agreements, and other contractual terms.
  • Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, business development, and recruitment metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Client Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to clients on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Events and Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and build relationships.
  • Represent the company at external events to enhance its reputation and market presence.

• Great verbal and communication skills
• Speaks excellent English and Chinese

• Australian PR/Citizen is not required but preferred
• Experience in B2B, B2C, or customer-led environment is not required but is
preferred.
