WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This is a B2B marketing role for someone who understands that genuine relationships build revenue.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, marketing operations and business growth — helping us build on our trusted perception while keeping the practical engine running behind the scenes.
This is not reach-led marketing. It’s relevance-led. You’ll help package our value for safety leaders in Australia and globally, manage a tight events calendar, keep the CRM clean, and create meaningful interactions that grow new business opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Event Management
For a niche business like ours, events are rare and high-stakes — a handful of chances each year to speak directly to the people who matter most to us. When we go, we go all in: keynotes, roundtables, the best booth in the room, and collateral people actually want to take home. This role owns events end-to-end — strategy, execution, and everything in between.
Marketing
Marketing at EM is to be the architect and builder of how our purpose shows up in the world. We already have a strong reason to exist, a clear visual identity, and real value to offer our collaborators across key industries. The opportunity now is to keep finding more meaningful ways in — building trust through relevant content, useful conversations and well-timed moments that meet people where they are.
