Exceptional opportunity for a Banking lawyer to make the move overseas and join a top tier Australian law firm based in their offices in Brisbane. The firm are particularly interested in Banking Lawyers from the UK and Ireland interested in relocating to Australia.

Role Profile:

Our client is a leading international law firm and they are looking to hire a banking lawyer with circa 1-7 years PQE and a strong background in banking & finance law.

Working as part of a national team your role will be diverse and will involve working with financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments on a wide range of financing transactions.

This highly successful team act for clients across a variety of sectors including:

• Energy
• Renewables
• Natural resources
• Property
• Infrastructure

You will provide advise on a a number of a different banking and finance matters including:

• Financial products
• Project finance
• Asset finance
• Leveraged finance
• Syndicated debt and debt capital markets.
