About the role

We are currently looking to recruit a world-class team of CasualFood and Beverage Team Members (Banquets Wait staff). These roles will be responsible for creating extraordinary guestexperiences in the delivery of food and beverage services across the variety ofevents held at our venue, ranging from a bespoke VIP event for 20 guests to aGala dinner for 2000.

RequiredSkills & Experience:

• Valid working rights in Australia.
• You must be 18 years or over.
• Must have a current NSW RSA Card.
• Proven experience working as a waiter/waitress, bar or beverage attendant at a 5-Star hospitality/hotel/venue working in Functions, Banquets, Conferences, Events.
• Immaculate Personal Presentation & Grooming to meet 5 Star Standards.
• Passion for turning the ordinary into extraordinary.
