Bar Attendant - Urgent Hiring

We are busier than ever and searching for our next Superstar Bar Attendant, to join our award-winning Little National Sydney Team, in a Casual capacity.

About the role

Our Little National Hotels are all about the little details making a big impact on our guest experiences. Our rooftop bar offers incredible views of the city as well as a strong focus on providing and delivering 5-star customer service. 

As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for creating little moments for guests that will keep them coming back for more.  You will assist in ensuring the smooth, efficient and successful execution of all operations within the venue whilst exceeding our guest and employees’ expectations.  

Responsibilities include;

• assist the department manager/supervisors with all tasks related to the operation of the Bar
• be the alternative point of call for any guests during service in the absence of a manager 
• taking orders, ensuring correct payment has been received and settled 
• prepare/service of beverages
• ensure WHS procedures & standards are adhered to 
• ensure cleanliness of the venue in correlation with WHS standards 
• maintain continuous and effective inner departmental communication
• ensure beverage control procedures including stock take are adhered to on a continuous basis 

What you will bring

Naturally, your previous experience within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following: 

• an outstanding commitment to guest-service
• current and valid RSA
• availability to work a variety of shifts across each week, including; evenings and weekends 
• previous bar experience, preferred 
• familiarity with safety procedures and WHS
• pride in their personal presentation and work
