About the role:
- Oversee all aspect of the Bar operations and lead your own team;

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Create and curate an exceptional beverage program, featuring an extensive selection of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options;
- Train and lead a team of talented bartenders, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere;
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage pairing options for our guests;
- Monitor and control beverage costs, inventory levels, and wastage to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality in bar operations;
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation among the bar staff;
- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques to continuously enhance the bar offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a high-end restaurant or premium setting;
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences;
- Sound knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Demonstrate a customer experience mindset
