The role

Working on the casino floor means being part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two shifts are the same.

We are currently seeking a confident and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead and support our team across multiple bars on the gaming floor.

As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key frontline leadership role, ensuring seamless service delivery across our gaming floor bars. Working closely with venue leaders, you’ll drive team performance while maintaining exceptional service standards in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

• Lead, motivate and support bar teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple bar outlets
• Maintain premium service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and consistency

• Support stock control, shift execution and operational readiness

• Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing and operational requirements

About you

You’ll bring the following:
 

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar environment
• Strong time management and organisational skills

• A guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

To be successful, you’ll:

Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA

This role requires you to: 

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and overnight shifts
• Have previous supervisory experience in a high volume bar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and inspire teams
• Hold full Australian working rights
