We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standards
• Provide professional and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the café/bar area at all times
• Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering and rotation, in line with operational requirements
• Adhere to all workplace health, safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate effectively with the broader Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated barista experience within a premium café, restaurant, or hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment operation, and beverage presentation standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A professional, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
