The LOFT Cafe is a cosy neighbourhood cafe located in Como. We're open 7 days a week, including public holidays. We're looking for a Barista/ Cafe All-Rounder with the right attitude to join our team in handling our dynamic cafe environment during our busy mornings and afternoons in the weekdays and weekends.

Requirements:
You must have a passion for coffee and food! 
You must be available at least 3 days a week from early morning and including either a Saturday or Sunday.
You should have a positive can-do attitude with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment. 
You should possess a passion for frontline customer service and be a team player.
You must be capable in your coffee knowledge and skilled in setting all grinders.  
You must be able to set up and clean the coffee machine.
You must have a high standard in the preparation and presentation of coffee, food and all other beverages.
You must have the knowledge of order-taking and POS is essential. 
You should be familiar with the daily opening and closing of a cafe, including lock-up, cleaning and checking all preparations for the next day's service. 
You should be familiar with the use of an online booking platform. 
You must be reliable, committed and able to handle working under pressure.
