Excellent Barista Skills
Drives license
Blue Card
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in working towards KPI's
Strong Leadership attributes
Hands-on Management Style
Must be availability weekends and school holidays
Minimum 1 Years experience in a similar role

Assistance with Rostering
Cafe/Train Cleanliness and Presentation
Staff Management
Implementation of Company Procedures
Inventory control
Maintaining records of stock levels
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with coffees and cafe food
General queries
Training and recruitment
