Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join the team at Monarto Safari Resort. You will have extensive knowledge in wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. The successful candidate will have a passion for guest experience and going above and beyond for guests.

You will require an RSA for this position as well as availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Your days will include but not limited to:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages
• Maintain strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to guests
• Perform bar setup, operation and closing procedures
• Supporting the Food & Beverage team in other areas as needed

About you

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience in bartending
• Experience in table service
• Passion about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
• An energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
• A guest-centric approach at work
