We’re Relaunching -
Cali Beach Club returns mid-September, and we’re rebuilding our superstar bar team ahead of an epic season. We’re on the hunt for skilled, high-energy bartenders who love fast-paced service, creative cocktails, and making every round memorable.

Training begins early September, so lock in your spot now.

The Role:

We’re looking for bartenders who thrive under pressure and bring a fun, engaging attitude to every shift. You’ll be:

• Mixing and serving a premium beverage menu


• Providing fast, friendly and efficient service


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product presentation


• Working closely with floor, barback and leadership teams

What you Bring:

• Previous bar experience in a fast-paced venue


• Strong product knowledge (spirits, cocktails, wine, beer)


• Great communication skills and team spirit


• Excellent personal presentation


• Must be available Friday to Sunday (all hours), and occasionally midweek for private functions


• You must be able to work across departments within the venue — flexibility is key as every day is different at Cali.
