Job Description - BDM Assistant - Property Manager

BDM Assistant – Property Management. Working across two award winning offices for Australia’s Number 1 Real Estate Brand.

We are searching to add a pro-active, energetic Assistant Business Development Manager to our team at LJ Hooker Property Connections.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work amongst two dynamic Property Management offices on Brisbane Northside with established growing rent rolls.

 

The Role

Assisting the BDM across all new business tasks to grow two rent rolls

  • Administrative support
  • Advertising preparation
  • New business leasing
  • Prospecting
  • Maintenance coordination to get properties rent ready
  • Client liaison and meetings
  • Regular team meetings and training
  • Digital content creation
  • Working between our Kallangur and Albany Creek locations on local properties in North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior BDM, Property Management or Sales experience is highly valued
  • Current Real Estate Registration Certificate essential
  • Current and valid driver's licence
  • Attention to detail
  • High standard of presentation and customer service
  • Excellent time management and task management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with landlords, referral partners and clients
  • Knowledge of RTRA Act, Console Cloud, Realworks and IRE is preferred but not essential
