This company is a market leader in developing medical grade equipment targeted for the plastics and aesthetics market! Over the years, they have partnered with private clinics, clinicians and surgeons to establish a strong network of loyal customers and patients. Their products are high quality and easy to use and have earned a reputation for treatment of choice when it comes to advanced body contouring. They now have a vacancy for a National Business Development Manager with a focus on NSW, VIC and QLD to drive sales of their liposuction device and manage a highly targeted group of Plastic Surgeons.
Although this is a multi state role, customers are highly centred around the NSW market.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
growing sales of your portfolio within your hospital accounts
analysing and interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunities
engaging with health professionals and ensuring confidence in your products
managing demonstrations and supporting clinical cases
providing outstanding customer service
collaborating with your sales and marketing team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
a proven track record in medical device sales
experience working in the theatre environment
strong commercial acumen
excellent relationship building skills
strong technical aptitude and ability to work autonomously
passion for winning and an excellent team player
