About the RoleWe are seeking a
Business Development Manager - Specialty Gases in our
Beenleigh branch. This role will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager to grow the market share in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities - Embody and promote the “Safety starts with me” mantra.
- Demonstrate “Safety”, “Think”, “React”, “Sell”, “Succeed” in situations you come across in your role.
- Monthly reporting of activities.
- Achieve KPI Targets.
- Being pro-active in recognising customer needs.
- Market Awareness at all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner.
- Forward planning for growth and continuous improvement.
- Drive profitable growth within your field.

Skills & Experience - A minimum of 3 years directly related experience or a Degree qualification in Engineering or Sciences
- Strong background in Business Development
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify, introduce and grow new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the internal business processes and compliance/quality issues.
- Understand and focus on client needs, continuously strive for client satisfaction
- Demonstrate passion to achieve and/or exceed targets at all times
