The Role

As a Beauty Advisor at the Elizabeth Arden and Revlon counters, you will alongside the Retail Manager provide exceptional customer service by educating customers through makeup application and product knowledge. Permanent part time role available (20 hours per week, depending on the promotional cycle) at Myer Warringah.

You will need to be available for Thursday evenings and weekend trade.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  

  Drive sales and meet targets;

  
  


• 
  

  Educate customers in the features and benefits of specific product ranges; and

  
  


• 
  

  Work on a roster basis, including weekends and extended retail trading hours

  
  

Skills and Experience

• 
  

  Cosmetic or beauty experience essential, coupled with makeup qualification;

  
  


• 
  

  Product selling experience

  
  


• 
  

  Consultative Sales experience and/or understanding required

  
  


• 
  

  A deep understanding of skincare required 

  
  


• 
  

  Beauty experience or qualification highly regarded

  
  


• 
  

  Cold/in person recruitment sales experience highly regarded

  
  


• 
  

  Excellence in customer service along with the ability to be well organized and reliable; and

  
  


• 
  

  Have immaculate grooming.
