Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct call backs and follow-up with potential buyers.
• Prospect the local area to generate new business leads.
• Attend and manage open homes and private inspections.
• Liaise effectively with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare for and conduct property appraisals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential sales.
• Agent Representative Certificate.
• Current Drivers Licence.
