About the role

In this role you will deliver exceptional Food & Beverage experiences to customers and contribute to establishing Coopers as the best beer destination in Australia.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Meet, greet and outline the venue experience to customers.
• Deliver efficient service in line with the detailed service procedures 
• Ensure all Coopers Beers are presented to customers in immaculate condition.
• Confidently conduct public tours of the Maltings and Brewery operations.
• Import accurate ordering into the POS system.
• Clear communication with Front of House and Kitchen teams

About you

To be considered for this great opportunity you will be enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated and will have:

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Sound beer, food, wine and coffee knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant and bar service procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• A commitment to teamwork
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Certificate 2 in Hospitality Management (desirable)
