We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Wembley, Joondalup, and Canning Vale, and we’re excited to announce our new clinics opening soon in Balcatta & Butler!

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

Job Description

We’re growing our Positive Behaviour Support team at our Canning Vale clinic and are excited to welcome graduates and early‑career Behaviour Support Practitioners to join us.

If you’re passionate about making a meaningful difference and looking to begin your career in an environment where you’ll be genuinely supported, this is the perfect opportunity. You’ll develop your skills with the guidance of experienced clinicians and receive structured mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support NDIS participants along with their families and carers to identify their needs through assessment and person‑centred planning.
  • Assist in developing and delivering evidence‑based Behaviour Support Plans for individuals within a complex support space.
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using PBS framework, with a commitment to reducing and eliminating restrictive practices across home and community settings.
  • Ensure all plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions and strengths.
  • Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

    Qualifications

    About you

    • Completed a degree level qualification as an allied health professional is desired
    • Report writing experience is essential
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
    • Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
    • You’ll bring a genuine passion for working with children and supporting families
