We will recognise your previous experience as a clinician and current qualifications and can offer ongoing support and training from our industry leading team of experts backed up by our in-house Registered Training Organisation and external professional development opportunities.

About the Role

If you are considering making this move to enhance your professional career path with Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), this role will include:

  • Being recognised as an experienced clinician

  • Developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive behaviour support plans and strategies for our clients, their families and carers that meet current industry standards and NDIS legislation.

The team provides services across the Sydney metropolitan area, supporting clients at our centres, in the community and within our supported accommodation. We are able to offer flexible working conditions and the role can either be full time or part time to suit you.

Our therapy services are based around a client and family-centred philosophy, which emphasises a collaborative approach, working towards achieving the goals identified by people with cerebral palsy or other disabilities and their own support network. The successful candidate will possess strong professional and ethical values that align with this philosophy.

What will you bring to the role? 

  • Demonstrated clinical experience in your existing field

  • Ability to deliver person centred, goal directed and solutions focussed interventions

  • Strong analytical and report writing skills

  • An ability to communicate and appropriately respond to needs of people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds

  • A commitment to the rights of people with a disability and making a difference in individuals’ lives

  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team

  • Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within the region as required

  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain upon joining.

  • Current BSP registration with the NDIS preferred
