The role

We’re seeking enthusiastic and customer-service focused individuals to join our Crown Sydney team as a Bell Services / Valet Attendant. This is a full-time role that will see you providing exceptional customer service experiences for a variety of guests and visitors to Sydney’s most luxurious hotel. Our Bell Attendants are the first and last point of interaction for our guests, ensuring they are met with a warm welcome upon arrival and a fond farewell as they depart.

Some of your responsibilities will involve:

• A combination of porter and valet attendant duties
• Managing, transporting and securely storing luggage
• Offering insights into room features and technology
• Providing guests with valet parking for their vehicles
• Carefully and safely driving, parking and retrieving cars from parked locations

To be considered you must hold a current unrestricted NSW driver's license and be able to commit to shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster. Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply.

You’ll have:

• A valid, unrestricted NSW drivers license
• A passion for customer service to make every guest feel welcome
• Confidence in driving and parking a variety of vehicles (auto and/or manual)
• Ability to remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Strong team-work skills and also be able to work autonomously
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• A can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond for each guest
• Experience in a hotel or a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment is advantageous
