About the role:

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Bid Administrator to join our high performing Tender & Estimation team based in Regents Park. Responsibilities:

• Assist with administration and preparation of tender documents.


• Office admin, data entry and filing of documents.


• Formatting and compiling company documents 


• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.


• Monitor and update CRM system. 


• Provide support to the Bid & Estimation team. 

To be considered for this role you need:

• Previous experience administration ideally within a project environment 


• Proficiency in all Microsoft programs (essential)


• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.


• Good organisation skills


• Attention to detail.


• Experience within a construction or engineering environment would be desirable but not essential.
