MA Services Group (MASG) is an innovative customer centric service provider specialising in security, cleaning and facility management. As a rapidly expanding company, MASG is looking for a bid/proposal writer to join our team based in Keilor Park. 

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join our dynamic team in the Cleaning and Maintenance industry. As a Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in securing new contracts and opportunities for our company by preparing persuasive and comprehensive bids and proposals.

As a Bid/Proposal Writer, you will:

• Write compelling and compliant responses, proposals, EOIs, and tenders 
• Write and edit bid content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging. 
• Develop persuasive narratives that highlight our company's strengths, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, and management teams to gather relevant information and insights for bid development.
• Coordinate contributions from operational and other divisions
• Develop content and templates and maintain the library

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will have:

• Have excellent time management and organisational skillsets with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Proven experience in bid writing, preferably within the cleaning and maintenance industry or related sectors.
• Familiarity with various cleaning methods, equipment, materials, safety regulations, and best practices in maintenance services.
• The skills to understand and capture each client’s needs to produce professional and compelling proposal content
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a team
• The ability to be creative and think outside of the box
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A positive, motivated, flexible, and can-do attitude.
• Experience in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe PDF
