You will work closely with your General Manager and front office team to maintain the high standard of appearance that is required, this includes in the apartments, public area’s and back of house. You will work in a professional environment which includes a clear career progression pathway as well as the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced leaders. 

Your key responsibilities

• Coordinate & confirm apartment inventory, set up and ready for sale.
• Coordinate & manage replacement for apartments for items like furniture cutlery etc.
• Coordinate & order linen for the building.
• Effective time management capabilities with a methodical management style.
• Supervise PA Cleaner crew/contractors to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Response and liaison with the front office team when required.
• Delivering efficient preparation, cleanliness and presentation in accordance with building standards and guest expectations.

To be successful in this role you will

• Have previous experience in a large scale 4- or 5-star hotel or serviced apartment environment (desirable).
• Posses previous supervisory experience. 
• Be immaculately presented.
• Focused and passionate about guest service.
• Well organized, with attention to detail.
• Team oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
