The Opportunity
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for Boilermaker’s to join the team located on Barrow Island, WA. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of structural steel, piping, plate work, and fixed plant components. This is a full-time permanent position, joining our team on the upcoming Butler Park Corrosion Project delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

About You

• Trade Certificate III – Fabrication Trade
• WA Drivers Licence
• White Card / Construction Induction
• Working at Heights (completed within last 2 years)
• Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks
• Proven experience in fabrication, welding, and structural steel works
