Job Description - Bookings/ Administration Consultant

We are a professional Pest Control company located on the Gold Coast looking for a new team member in our office. 

Our team incorporates a diverse range of duties including but not limited to:

- Scheduling field staff.

- Inbound customer service calls.

- Liaising with builders to schedule pre- construction works in a timely manner

- Responding to email enquiries.

- Database management including data entry. 

-Issuing paperwork requested by Customers/ Builders.

Our ideal applicant will have sound knowledge of the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich areas, high attention to detail, ability to multi task & work autonomously in a fast paced environment. 

This position would suit recent school leavers or people looking for a career change/ re-entering the workforce.
