Job Description - Bookings and Functions Co-ordinator - Dynamic Team

We are on the lookout for an ambitious Bookings and Functions Co-ordinator to join our collaborative team at Coopers in Regency Park, Adelaide SA.

About the role

In this role you will assist in delivering exceptional Food & Beverage experiences and contribute to establishing Coopers as the best beer destination in Australia.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing telephone and email enquiries.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers in relation to booking confirmations
  • Ensure information flow between various departments.
  • Organise group bookings utilising existing Booking Platforms.
  • Assist in Front of House (FOH) operations as required.
  • Actively contribute to a safe work environment and promote safe work practices.

 

About you

To be considered for this great opportunity you will be enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated and will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Strong computer software knowledge of booking and POS systems.
  • A high level of verbal, written and customer service skills.
  • Effective time management techniques
  • RSA Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate 
  • Certificate 2 in Hospitality Management (desirable)
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
