About the Role:
We’re seeking a Bookkeeper Unicorn to join our Malaga office. This role isn’t just about managing numbers; it’s about blending technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the magic touch to make a real impact. From comprehensive bookkeeping and payroll mastery to providing clients with valuable insights, you’ll be a key player in our forward-thinking team.

You’ll enjoy flexibility and a collaborative environment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the role evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master end-to-end bookkeeping, including BAS preparation, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Handle payroll with precision and navigate the complexities of Fair Work and Modern Awards.
• Use your tech-savvy to optimise processes with tools like Xero, MYOB, QBO, and third-party apps.
• Collaborate with colleagues and confidently build strong client relationships.

About You:

• At least 4 years of Australian bookkeeping experience in a private practice.
• Advanced skills in payroll processing, tax compliance, and award interpretation.
• A tech enthusiast who embraces innovation and efficiency.
• A self-starter who’s reliable, organised, and ready to shine independently or in a team.
• A top-notch communicator focused on delivering exceptional client service.
