Job Description - Bookkeeper

AI Talent is on the lookout for a Bookkeeper
to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be managing a portfolio of
clients from data entry, accounts payables, payroll, EOM reconciliation through
to reviewing Quarterly BAS.

Role Description:

· HR payroll processing through
Xero (Including Superannuation, IAS and payroll tax obligations)

· Prepare fortnightly payroll

· BAS preparation and GST reconciliation

· Invoicing enterprise and
government clients on monthly basis

· Leave Management

· Bank reconciliation, P&L
reporting, cash flow statement and balance sheet ownership

· Creating financial processes
for the group which ensure accuracy and best use of technology

· Assistance with Budgeting and
forecasting

· R&D Tax claim preparation

Requirements

Key Requirements:

· CA or CPA qualifications

· Mandatory experience with Xero

· Westpac Business Account
management

· Professional knowledge of excel

· Payroll experience (processing fortnightly,
superannuation, payroll tax and IAS)

· Experience processing a high
volume of invoices with amazing attention to detail

· Proactive work ethic with the
ability to take initiative and contribute towards a dynamic team environment
