Bookkeeper | 3 days per week | $35-40/hr+Super

Your Engagement
You will be able to hit the ground running in a parental leave contract for a minimum of 6 months on a part time basis (3-4 days per week estimated).  You will work in MYOB (Accounts) and Employment Hero (Payroll - 25 staff) and be responsible for transactional accounting, accounts payable processing, accounts receivable/invoicing, and payroll.  Working under the part time head of finance, you will look to improve efficiency, automate processes and help improve the back office where possible.

Your Profile
What does a great bookkeeper look like - you!  You are meticulous with detail, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in smaller companies where you are known to everyone.  You like to make improvements, automations and suggest where things can be done better.  You have experience on MYOB (essential) and ideally Employment Hero, but not required.  Any experience in mining services or project based companies where billing is based on multi-million dollar contracts would be well regarded.
