Hair and Skin Science Bookkeeper

• A great opportunity with a fast growing company that rewards great staff. Hair and Skin Science is a fast growing medical cosmetic clinic with 25 clinics located Australia wide. 
• We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper in the head office which located in Ashwood, VIC 3147 to support daily business activities. We are looking for a Candidate with great communication skills, a positive can do attitude and someone who can work independently.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• ⁠Bank reconciliation for 25 clinics
• Weekly payroll processing
• Accounts Payables 
• Accounts Receivable
• ⁠Eftpos and Cash daily Reconciliation for all clinics
• ⁠Preparation and lodgement of monthly PAYG/quarterly BAS
• Keeping on top of emails 
• Inter company journal processing: Process inter company journals and separate bills reconciliations.  
• Administrative Duties: Maintenance of records, analysis, and spreadsheets. Help with commission check, managing banking requirements, and other administrative tasks.

About you:

1. Proficiency in Xero is paramount and some knowledge of appropriate Xero related apps would be considered an advantage.

2. Experience on payroll processing.

3. Proficiency in Xero and a medium to advanced level of Excel skills.

4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

5. High level of clerical, administrative, and financial skills.

6. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

7. Proficiency in Deputy system is advantage.
