Bookkeeper

BHH Bookkeeping Plus Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing team.

The role is full time 38 hours per week, based at Loganholme initially with work from home once training completed.

Duties:

• Answering all incoming telephone calls 
• Actioning emails
• Accounts Receivable 
• Accounts Payable
• Provide full bookkeeping support to directors and staff
• Data entry
• Payroll Assistance
• Bank reconciliations
• Other general administration duties as directed
• Assist in Month-end Reports: Support the Directors in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports by providing accurate and well-maintained records
• Working closely with the Directors to manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery

Skills/Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Cert IV in Bookkeeping / Accounting preferable 
• Proficient in MYOB
• Proficient in XERO
• Advanced Office 365 skills
• At least 2 years' experience in an administration role
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Hard-working attitude with a professional manner and a committed nature
